One of the greatest assets ever accumulated on Brazilian television is the subject of a legal dispute: the doctor Rose Miriam Souza di Matteomother of three children Gugu Liberato, filed a lawsuit asking for the recognition of a stable union with the presenter, with whom he had a relationship for two decades. With that, she puts herself in direct conflict with Gugu’s brothers and nephews.

In the document referring to the inheritance, Gugu distributes the available part of his assets, that is, half of everything — the other 50% are mandatorily transmitted to his three children, João, Sofia and Marina. Of the second half, he left 75% to his three sons and 25% to his five nephews. If the stable union is recognized, Rose becomes the heir, and will be entitled to 50% of that half of the inheritance.
Son of gugu, João Augusto Liberato used social networks to explain why he was quiet during the court hearing on Monday (22). According to him, remaining silent was not an option. “I am a reserved and discreet person like my father was.
