Since May 11, around 50 families have invaded state land at the entrance to the spa of Naplowhich belongs to the district of pucusana. Today they add up to more than 500 families occupying 30 hectares from this area and have built small plywood houses.

“About 15 days have passed and if the protocol to defend state assets has not been activated in this time, this would go to trial, we are not against the inhabitants, what it is about is defending public order ”, a resident of Naplo told 24 Hours.

In addition, they suspect that this occupation would be linked to land dealers. It should be noted that part of these lands are fenced. However, the invaders entered through a gate that today is covered with wood.

For the authorities to carry out a evictionit would not be necessary to prosecute the process, since Law 30230 authorizes the National Superintendence of State Assets to carry out the eviction of any property that has been taken illegally, and that belongs to the State, with the support of the police.
