As communicated last February 15th, DAZN Groupthe world’s leading direct-to-consumer sports streaming company, has completed the acquisition of the assets of ELEVEN Group and the US-based social media creative agency Team Whistle.
The acquisition further demonstrates the ambition of DAZN to become the ultimate global sports destination for fans by combining access to premium rights with a range of other products and services, including games, e-commerce and social experiences.
Eleven’s sizable portfolio of rights expands the offering of DAZNmaking DAZN the home of football in Europe. In addition to sports content broadcast in Italy, Germany, Spain, Japan, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, DAZN will also expand to Belgium, Portugal and Taiwan. In particular in Belgium thanks to the national soccer championship (Jupiler Pro League) and other international events; in Portugal with the main international football rights, including the English Premier League and the UEFA Champions League and finally a Taiwanwith local baseball.
With over 700 million followers across all channels and a growing distribution network generating five billion views a month, the social reach and Team Whistle will help DAZN reach new audiences while strengthening engagement with existing ones. Whistle will leverage the rights and work of DAZN to create value off the platform, build audiences and drive fans to its paid content and services.
These advanced skills in social media and fan engagement position DAZN as the perfect partner for rights holders, offering them both a scalable and robust platform on which to stream their content live, as well as the ability to engage and grow their global fan base.
In these hours, Eleven Sports is sending to all its customers a communication announcing the termination of the service automatically scheduled for July 24, 2023. Therefore, after this date, to continue viewing the events, it will be necessary to subscribe to a minimum profile DAZN Start or higher.

For you who have a season pass, the contents ELEVEN they will be available until July 24, 2023, when your subscription will automatically end. If you are not a customer yet DAZN you will receive an exclusive offer to activate DAZN and continue to experience all the sport you love on all your compatible devices.
After July 24th your Eleven account will be deactivated and if you want to continue watching your favorite sports, you can do so on DAZN by activating one of the available subscription plans.
