The match between Al-Akhdar Al-Libya and its guest Marumo Gallants from South Africa in the fifth round of Group A in the African Confederation Cup was postponed until later on Sunday due to the absence of the opponent and the refereeing staff.

The Libyan team said on its Facebook page: We are inside the stadium before the set time for the match, amid the absence of the opposing team and the arbitration staff for today’s match, which did not inform us of any postponement for this moment.

Later, the club said: After we arrived at the stadium and prepared to play the match, we were informed of the postponement of the match until seven in the evening today.

Marumou leads the group with nine points from four matches, compared to seven for USM Alger, who are in second place.
