He National Electoral Institute (INE) announced the amount of compensation that the directors who will leave the autonomous body the next April 3, in which the president of the dependency stands out, Lorenzo Cordova Vianello.
According to the statement issued by the electoral body, these compensations will be added to the corresponding liquidations of the officials, who are in their position since April 4, 2014, which are subscribed in the Compensation for Termination of the Labor Relationship (CTRL).
compensation is a extra amount to what corresponds to liquidations, which “are common in the Mexican labor system”, which, in accordance with article 582 of the Manual of Administrative Regulations of the Institute, are taken into account from three months salary plus twenty days for each year of service.
However, in the case of President Cordova, the corresponding amount is different, since, in addition to the nine years of service in the INE, his duties as Electoral Counselor of the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE), who was elected since December 15, 2011, which gives a total of 1 million 934 thousand 380 pesos.
