The US Army released this Thursday (16) a video with the exact moment when a Russian fighter hit with fuel an American drone that was flying over the Black Sea last Tuesday (14).
In the images, it is possible to see the Russian aircraft approaching at high speed and pouring fuel over the unmanned US aircraft. This damaged the rear propeller of the drone, which forced the US Armed Forces to shoot it down.
BREAKING: The aerial footage of the Russian fighter jet and a US drone colliding has just been released by the United States Military.
– Communications were lost for a couple of seconds with the drone just as the image gets pixelated.

On Tuesday, the US disclosed the problem, reported the alleged attack and reported that the Russian SU-27 fighter had dumped fuel on the MQ-9 Reaper drone that was carrying out an exercise in international waters.
Russian aircraft flew over international waters and reached the device to carry out the attack. General James B. Hecker was emphatic and called the Russian action “reckless, environmentally unsound and unprofessional” in a statement issued by the US Air Force.
According to CNN, MQ-9 drones were flying in the Black Sea region before the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The equipment is used as a spy platform at an altitude of 15 km.
This is the first time that an “interaction” between the US and Russian Armed Forces in the region has been made public.
