Inter Milan qualified for the quarter-finals of the Champions League, after imposing a goalless draw on its Portuguese host, Porto, on Tuesday, in the second leg of the round of sixteen of the continental championship.

Inter Milan won the first leg 1-0 at home, to beat it with a goal without response, and Porto finished the match with ten players, after Pepe was fired in the last seconds.

Inter Milan reconciled its fans after losing twice in the last three matches in the Italian League, in which it occupies second place, but 18 points behind leaders Napoli.

As for Porto, it will turn the Champions League page and focus on its career in the Portuguese League, where it occupies the runner-up position, eight points behind leaders Benfica.
