A show by the sertaneja duo Zé Neto and Cristiano early this Sunday, in Santa Cruz do Rio Prado, in the interior of São Paulo, was canceled at the last minute. The singers, who even received fans backstage, did not go on stage and hours later the public ended up being informed about the suspension of the presentation due to illness. In a video published on networks this Sunday (22), Zé Neto told what would have happened to the duo.
“First of all, I would like to apologize for not being able to make yesterday’s presentation. Thank you for your understanding and affection. I would also like to thank the people at Samu [Serviço Móvel de Urgência] who treated me very well, and did all the emergency care for me”, began the singer. He then revealed that he had an anxiety attack
“Shortly before going on stage I had an anxiety attack. The doctors attended to me, medicated me but, unfortunately, they found that I would not be able to do the show. I got dizzy because of the medication and was taken to Santa Casa de Rio Pardo, where I was well attended and released afterwards”, he explained.
Zé Neto He went on to say that he was already home and feeling better. He even reassured fans about a new date for the show in the city of São Paulo. “They have already dismantled the entire structure and we are rescheduling a new presentation, which we will announce the date.”
