Juventus, the competitor in the Italian Premier League, announced on Monday the resignation of its board of directors, including President Andrea Agnelli and CEO Maurizio Arrivabene.
Juventus confirmed what a source told Reuters earlier.
The mass resignation comes after prosecutors scrutinized Juventus’ financial statements in recent months over allegations of accounting irregularities and market manipulation.
